On Friday, Nov. 30, Happy Science Hawaii, an ecumenical Buddhist organization, will hold a meditation and information session on the University of Hawaii at Hilo campus. Everyone is invited to the session from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in Room 306 of the Campus Center.
On Friday, Nov. 30, Happy Science Hawaii, an ecumenical Buddhist organization, will hold a meditation and information session on the University of Hawaii at Hilo campus. Everyone is invited to the session from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in Room 306 of the Campus Center.
“This meditation class is for busy people living in contemporary life,” said spokesman Gabe James. “Learn how to practice the basics of meditation, and through repeated practices, overcome anger, stress, burnout, depression and all the hustle and bustle of everyday life.”
